You are qualified to assist at any event you have fully participated and completed with Chandra Bindu Tantra Institute. Please include the titles of all programs you are interested in assisting and the locations you are available for, ie., USA, Ireland, Holland, California only, etc.. Your application will be kept on file for current and future dates for these programs. All telephone costs will be reimbursed Set up and take down of workshop space Registration of workshop participants Answering phone calls of late or lost participants on instructor's mobile Operation of sound system Time keeping Personal assisting as required by instructor Picking up sound system & supplies before/dropping off after workshop Leading morning meditation Stepping in as a participant in the event participant numbers are uneven Logistical management (keeping the space comfortable, warm, etc.) Physical and emotional support of participants Distribution of Chandra Bindu Tantra Institute promotional materials The assistant position is a voluntary position Assistants are required to: Arrive 1.5 hours prior to registration on Saturday (8:00 am) & 1 hour before workshop begins on Sunday (9:00 am) for non-residential workshops. Arrive 3 hours prior to registration (1:00 pm) for residential workshops. Be prepared to remain one and one half hours after workshop ends for integration & clean up. Assistants must be present, from beginning to end, for each session of the event and be available for set up and clean up as noted. Arrive rested, hydrated and prepared for the program Attend to personal hygiene (i.e., shower, teeth brushed, fresh clothing). Wear clothing that reflects your Tantric energy Bring all items on the participant's "What To Bring" list as if you are participating in the workshop each day Bring items you feel comfortable sharing in the Sensory Awakening Ritual. (Furs, feathers, bells, rattles, etc.) Give two weeks notice if you are unable to assist at the event If a two week notice is not given and assistant does not assist, you will pay a 100 Euro/US dollar administrative fee to cover costs Assistants are to communicate any difficulty during the workshop (personal or within the group) to instructor immediately Assistants are responsible for all food and lodging expenses when assisting a residential workshop I have read and accept the schedule and terms of assisting a Chandra Bindu Tantra Institute event.
