sādhanā
the historian n. bhattacharyya provides a working definition of the benefits of sadhana as follows: "... religious sādhanā, which both prevents an excess of worldliness and moulds the mind and disposition (bhāva) into a form which develops the knowledge of dispassion and non-attachment. sādhanā is a means whereby bondage becomes liberation."
you are invited to spend 24 hours with me in sādhanā. using simple Tantric presencing techniques we will begin to understand and live as liberation. We will eat together. Sleep in the same room. Spend hours in living meditation as life reveals herself to us.
sādhanā is available to couples and singles. we will spend these 24 hours together at a private retreat in ojai, california, a beautiful place in nature, overlooking the topa topa mountains. fees cover your time with me, light raw organic meals - perhaps green juices only - and sleeping space.
the sādhanā program is spontaneous and completely organic. those of you who feel the call, know it deep within yourselves. if you feel unsure and have questions about the process or the program, i suggest you consider booking a private session, rather than a sādhanā.

june 23rd - july 21st bio-energetics of orgasm . teleclass
in this program, we're plunging into the pelvis, unlocking the mysteries of orgasm. for me, this is where tantra begins, in the mystical bio-cosmic realm of orgasm as experienced within, and flourishing beyond, the fully embodied human pelvis. using bio-energetic techniques, we'll unleash the fierceness, fury and freedom contained in our orgasm. in this workshop you will learn bio-energetic techniques that radically unlock holding patterns in the body and greatly increase the intensity and intimacy of the experience of orgasm as a way of being.
a teleclass is a live seminar which you listen to and participate in over the telephone or internet. the minimum technical requirement to participate in telelearning is access to a telephone and access to e-mail. a "hands free" set up, such as a speaker phone or head-set, is recommended, but not required. the teleclasses take place over the telephone and internet so you can join wherever there is a phone. the url of the webcast and the number of the bridge line and pin code are e-mailed to all registrants at least 48 hours in advance of the teleclass so access to e-mail is necessary. if you are accessing via telephone, you are responsible for the cost of the long distance phone call. if you are unable to join the class "live" you'll be able to access a recording of the class afterwards, each session will be recorded and made available to you for ongoing practice via download.

pūjā (alternative transliteration pooja, sanskrit: reverence, honour, adoration, or worship) is a religious ritual performed as an offering to various deities or distinguished guests. it is done on a variety of occasions and settings, from daily puja done in the home, to temple ceremonies and large festivals, or to begin a new venture. puja is modeled on the idea of giving a gift or offering to a deity or important person and receiving their blessing.
It's been many, many years since I held a pūjā in santa monica. I invite you to join me for an evening of beauty and community as we open to the embodiment of love.
