the meditations and practices of tantra were born, legend has it, out of a conversation between two lovers, shiva and his consort, devi, some 5,000 years ago.  shiva and sevi, entwined in a lover's embrace, were discussing the mysteries of the universe. shiva, inspired by devi's intense desire to know the meaning of existence, composed 112 sutras that were designed to give her the direct experience of how the universe came into being . . . a direct experience in her body.  these 112 sutras, profound mystical meditations, make up the vigyan bhairav tantra, a text that reveals the truth of this world we inhabit yet rarely touch.you are invited to join me on this journey as we explore a dynamic mix of ancient tantric meditations from the vigyan bhairav tantra and contemporary tantric practices designed to bring you into direct contact with what you truly are, the eternal, from which beauty, creativity, sexuality and vitality are expressed.

in this program we're plunging into the pelvis, unlocking the mysteries of orgasm. for me, this is where tantra begins, in the mystical bio-cosmic realm of orgasm as experienced within, and flourishing beyond, the fully embodied human pelvis. using bio-energetic techniques, we'll unleash the fierceness, fury and freedom contained in our orgasm.
