This year, based on requests I've received from many of you, I've created an Advanced Practice Group that focuses on the importance of sexual arousal and full body orgasm in reaching our full potential as human beings - I'm calling it Sex Actualization.
This group is open to anyone who has completed the Level 1 Weekend Tantra Immersion, the Be Fully Alive workshop.
The group will focus on specific practices that make it possible for us to . . . cultivate a sexual charge in the pelvis, activate the entire body during lovemaking, and male and female arousal anatomy and its importance in opening our hearts to the kind of intimacy, peace, love and freedom of expression we all crave.

When Tantric techniques of meditation and awareness are woven into our relationships we open the door to a dimension of intimacy with all beings that manifests as spiritual ecstasy.
This level of intimacy is beyond space and time, it is a place where we enter and are simultaneously entered by the true nature of reality. We find that relating is, and always has been, the recognition, in infinite forms, of our own inner union.
During this level 2 weekend immersion for singles and couples we'll take our inner Tantra out into the world as we explore the realm of sacred sexuality in relationship. In the days and nights leading up to the Winter Solstice, we'll explore the endlessness of love. Secluded in the wilds of the Wicklow mountains, we'll practice specific sutras from the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra, keys to bringing more love onto the planet, one heart at a time. This immersion is open to singles and couples - courageous hearts dedicated to the limitless possibilities offered up every moment in life and love.
For 6 days and nights you'll experience a full program of Tantric meditations, tools, techniques and practices. You'll also have plenty of free time for hill walking, tree listening, cozying up with a book, dunking in the river, brack & tea, or cuddling with a friend, too. We'll journey in the darkness and the light, discovering Tantric keys to creating sacred, conscious, ecstatic, loving, empowering relationship - with ourselves, our sexuality, our hearts, and the loves in our lives. We'll explore ways of moving beyond the limits of our past, bursting through into the limitless potential of love we all hold inside.
Each day, we'll focus on one Sutra from the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra, building energy as we go along. You are welcome to join the immersion on any day and you may book 1 night up to 6 nights. The sessions will be composed of dynamic meditations, Tantric Sutras, bio-energetic practices, relationship building tools, shamanic practices, women's circles, men's circles, jumping the fire, drumming, Tantric clearing practices, purification in the river, communication techniques, partner yoga, gentle movement exercises, sharing, laughing, celebrating and more - creating a Tantric field of transformation, Dawn-style.
